The serpentine hunt board is
reminiscent of the form popular
in Maryland. The hunt boards
were brought outside to support
refreshments for mounted hunters.
The tall tables proved useful as
hallway tables and also as side
boards. This example sports a
tiger maple string-inlay on legs and
drawers, with banded inlay on top.
